A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your first reschedule with proper notice will not be charged and any additional reschedules will require a deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total at checkout. First-time no-shows will not be charged. However, clients who no-show will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking any future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the final service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my business.
